Childhood Obesity Research Across Borders: Social Determinants of Health

On Thursday, June 17, 2021, The National Collaborative on Childhood Obesity Research (NCCOR), together with the Fogarty International Center at the National Institutes of Health, hosted a Connect & Explore webinar titled “Childhood Obesity Research Across Borders: Social Determinants of Health.” The webinar was the first in a two-part series and discussed how social determinants of health, specifically in terms of migration and the social environment, influence childhood obesity in the United States and Latin America.
