NCCOR is going to the Active Living Conference 2020!

Next month, NCCOR is headed to Orlando, FL for the Active Living Conference (ALC) 2020! This conference brings together scientists, practitioners, and policy makers to share ideas to increase physical activity in diverse settings.

On Monday, February 3, from 12:45 – 1:45 p.m. in Room Majestic Palm D, NCCOR will host a special student-focused session, NCCOR’s Research and Evaluation Tools for Students, to showcase how its tools can help facilitate students’ studies. Students can also sign up for the NCCOR Student Hub, a quarterly e-newsletter featuring case studies on how students can make the most of the tools and much more!

Three more ways to connect with NCCOR at ALC 2020:

  1. Listen to a NCCOR 101 at the Vendor presentations and poster awards on Tuesday, February 4, from 8:30 – 9:00 a.m. in Room Majestic Palm A-D
  2. Attend the session, Systematic Review of Active Travel to School Surveillance in North America, on Tuesday, February 4, from 10:45 – 11:00 a.m. in Room Majestic Palm ABC and learn how active travel to school surveillance is captured in North America.
  3. Visit our exhibit booth to get tools and resources to enhance your childhood obesity research and evaluation efforts, including the Measures Registry, Measures Registry Learning Modules, Catalogue of Surveillance Systems, and more!
